Payment
 

I accept payment through PayPal. It is the safest way to pay online, and you can do so with any major bank card. 

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment.
 

Shipping
 

Your purchase will arrive within 1-5 business days by DHL Express.

All items in my online shops ship for free.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided at time of checkout. PLEASE be sure to give me the correct address. I am not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrectly supplied address.

Once your package has been mailed, you will receive a confirmation message with an estimated delivery date and your personal tracking number.

If an item is lost in the mail when I send it to you, I will give you a full refund. 

I am not responsible for items that were not collected and returned to my address in Mexico City (they can be held at the border).

International buyers (outside the US and Canada) are responsible for duties, fees and taxes charged by their country. In the 1,500+ orders that I have mailed, none have incurred in any additional fees, but I mention this in case it happens.
 

Refunds and Exchanges
 

If you are not satisfied with your order, undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Please email me BEFORE you return your jewelry so that I can provide a return address in the USA.
 

Custom Orders
 

Please email me if you are interested in a custom order.

Since I sell all of my work on a first come, first serve basis, I am unable to put pieces on hold or offer a layaway plan.
